It’s completely normal to have a few questions before placing an order. We’ve put together the ones we get asked the most to make things a bit easier for you.


I’m not sure about my size — what should I do?

Each product page includes a size guide based on actual measurements. If you're not sure which size to choose, you can compare it with a similar item you already own.

If you're still unsure, you can send us your height, weight, and usual size. We’ll suggest a size based on how the item is cut and how it typically fits.


What’s the quality like? Will it feel cheap?

We understand why people ask this, it’s not always easy to tell from photos.

Our products come from our own production background, so we pay more attention to how the fabric feels in hand and how the piece holds up after wearing, rather than just how it looks online.

They’re not positioned as high-end or luxury items, but they’re made to be solid, comfortable, and suitable for everyday use. What you receive should match what you see on the product page in terms of overall quality and finish.


Will the item look exactly like the pictures?

We photograph our products based on the actual items we ship.

However, there may be slight differences in color due to lighting conditions during shooting or differences in screen displays. The actual product should be very close to what you see online.

If you have concerns about a specific item, you can contact us before ordering.


How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically handled the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.

This includes order confirmation, picking, packing, and preparing the shipment. During busier periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we do our best to keep things moving on time.


When will I receive my order?

After dispatch, delivery within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days.

Please note this is an estimated range. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external conditions such as weather or logistics delays.


How much is shipping?

  • Orders over $60: free shipping
  • Orders under $60: flat rate $7.99

The final shipping cost will always be shown clearly at checkout before payment.


What if I don’t like the item or it doesn’t fit?

If the item doesn’t meet your expectations or the size isn’t suitable, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving it.

The item should be unused, with original tags and packaging kept intact.


Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No.

We provide free return shipping and free exchange service for eligible items.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions. In applicable cases, we will arrange or cover the return shipping.


What if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Providing a photo will help us confirm the issue faster. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes.

If you need a different size or item, you can request an exchange within the return period.

After confirming your request, we will guide you through the return process and arrange shipment of the replacement item.


How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to check the shipment status at any time.


Is my payment information safe?

Yes.
