Shipping policy

At Yidara, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day
  • Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully confirmed
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not support international shipping.


Transit Time & Estimated Delivery

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (United States only)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Actual delivery may vary depending on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other external factors

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $60 or more qualify for free shipping
  • Standard Shipping: Orders from $0 – $59.99 are charged a flat rate of $7.99

Carriers & Tracking

We work with major and trusted logistics partners, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email
  • You can also track your order through your account dashboard (if registered)

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Restricted Areas

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

If an order is placed with an address that cannot be serviced, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.


Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Supply chain issues

In the event of significant delays, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives significantly damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
  • Our team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible

Local Pickup & Additional Options

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup or local delivery services.
