At Yidara, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

These conditions do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or arrives with a quality issue:

  • Yidara will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customers will not be charged additional handling or processing fees.

Examples include:

  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received
  • Incorrect item, color, or size different from the original order.

If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

Personal reasons include:

  • No longer wanted
  • Ordered the wrong size or color
  • Changed mind
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within the eligible return period.

Please note:

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item.
  • Customers may also be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the replacement item, depending on the exchange situation.

If the exchange is caused by a product defect, damage, or our error, Yidara will cover the related shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care products
  • Opened hygiene-related items
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at service@yidara.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us whether you would like a return or an exchange.
  3. Our customer service team will provide return instructions and the return address confirmation.
  4. Ship the item back according to the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may delay the processing of your return or refund.

Please note that returned items should be sent to our designated return facility in China. Customers are advised to contact us before returning any item to receive the correct return instructions.

Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs for personal-reason returns.

Refund Processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a shipping issue caused by us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

No Restocking Fees or Hidden Charges

Shipping costs for personal-reason returns or exchanges are not considered hidden fees.

Yidara does not charge:

  • Restocking fees
  • Handling fees
  • Processing fees
  • Any other hidden charges

Customers are only responsible for applicable shipping costs in cases of personal-reason returns or exchanges.

Lost or Delayed Return Packages

If your return shipment is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us with the tracking information. We will assist in resolving the issue as much as possible.
